Final price depends on features
The starting price covers a base configuration. The final cost depends on the features you need and software licensing — everything is fixed upfront, after a consultation.
We vet reliability first
Before using any third-party software we evaluate it: update history, support quality, security record, Georgian language support and compatibility with your hosting.
Care+ is required
A complex system is a living thing — without updates it weakens and eventually breaks. Every Zen Systems project therefore includes Zen Care+ (₾250/month) as a requirement.
Payments need separate evaluation
Online payment or sensitive-data functionality requires a separate technical and security assessment — we don’t sell it as a casual promise.
We say no when needed
If a piece of software is abandoned, insecure or wrong for your task — we tell you directly and propose an alternative. We don’t build on rotten foundations.

Starting points: Zen Booking and Zen Requests from ₾1,500, Zen Stay from ₾1,900, Zen Listings from ₾2,000. The final price depends on features and licensing and is fixed after a consultation. Zen Care+ is added monthly.
Why is Care+ mandatory?
Systems need updates, backups and monitoring for security and stability. An unmaintained system first slows down, then breaks. Care+ makes that our responsibility, not your worry.
