01 How it works
Where the answers come from
- Answers come straight from the registries: .ge and .com.ge from the nic.ge WHOIS, .com and .net from Verisign, .org from Public Interest Registry.
- We only show “Available” when the registry clearly says the domain is not registered. In every other case you see “Unknown”.
- To avoid overloading the registries, results are cached for 10 minutes and you can run up to 10 checks per hour.
- We do not sell domains: you register yours in your own name with a registrar. If we build your site, we help you set it up.

Frequently asked questions
Which endings does the tool check?
.ge, .com.ge, .com, .net and .org. If you type a name without an ending, we check all five.
Does “Available” mean I can definitely register it?
Not always: availability is only confirmed when you register — some names are reserved or restricted by registry rules.
What does “Unknown” mean?
The registry did not answer in time or clearly. We never show “Available” in that case — try again in a few minutes.
Do you store the names I check?
Results are kept on the server for 10 minutes, then deleted. For the rate limit we keep your IP address only in hashed form, for one hour. Domain names are never sent to analytics — only how many domains were checked, and only with your consent.
Can I check names in Georgian script?
Yes — they are converted to their technical (punycode) form automatically. Whether such a name can be registered depends on the registry’s rules, so we never mark it “Available” — confirm with a registrar.
