Terms of Service

These terms describe how we work — what we commit to, and what a project needs from you. A specific project is always governed by its individual agreement; where they differ, the agreement prevails.

1. Services

Zen Minds builds websites, improves Google visibility, maintains websites and implements business systems. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work starts.

2. Quotes and payment

A project starts after written confirmation of scope and price and a 50% deposit;
The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before launch;
Monthly plans (Zen Care, Zen Care+) are billed at the start of each month and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the current month;
"From" prices on this site are starting points — the final price depends on scope and is fixed in advance.

3. Scope and revisions

The price includes the agreed scope and two revision rounds;
Out-of-scope work (new pages, features, a third round) is quoted separately — always in advance;
Timelines count business days and also depend on timely delivery of materials.

4. Your side

Texts, photos and feedback delivered on time;
A guarantee that you have the right to use the materials you provide;
Domain/hosting annual fees paid directly to the provider.

5. Ownership

After full payment, the finished website is yours. Domain, hosting, Google profile and analytics accounts are registered in your name from the start. Third-party components (fonts, software licenses) remain under their own licenses.

6. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, Google, bank payments and booking software are separate companies' services with their own terms. We cannot answer for their availability or decisions (e.g. Google verification), though we assist you fully throughout.

7. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee specific Google positions, traffic or revenue figures — nobody controls those, and anyone promising them is not being honest with you. We work on what we can control: a fast, sound, search-ready website and correct local optimization.

8. Limits of liability

We work with professional care. For direct damages our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profit and similar), force majeure, or third-party service outages.

9. Termination

If a project is terminated, completed work is billed proportionally. When a monthly plan ends, all access and backups are handed over in full — we keep nothing hostage.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. In case of a dispute we first seek agreement in writing: zen@zenminds.ge.
