This policy describes how Zen Minds ("we") processes personal data on zenminds.ge, in accordance with Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Contact form submissions: name, business name, phone or email, website or Google Maps link, preferred language, selected service and your message.
Direct communication: whatever you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability.
Analytics cookies: only with your active consent (see §6). Without consent, analytics never loads.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry and provide services (consent / pre-contract steps);
To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest);
To improve the site through anonymized statistics — only with consent.

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

4. Who it may be shared with

Our hosting provider — for technical operation of the site and email;
Google (Google Analytics) — only if you consented to analytics;
Public authorities — only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and possible cooperation — no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless the law requires otherwise. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site works without analytics cookies. If analytics is enabled, we ask on your first visit — with clear "Accept" / "Decline" buttons. Declining limits nothing. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed any time via the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.

7. Your rights

Under Georgian law you have the right to:

Ask whether and which of your data we process;
Request correction, updating or deletion of your data;
Request restriction or termination of processing;
Withdraw consent at any time;
Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge).

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS; access to form submissions is restricted. No absolute security guarantee exists on the internet, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures.

9. Changes

When this policy is updated, the text and the "last updated" date change on this page. Significant changes will be flagged visibly.
