Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Zen Minds ("we") processes personal data on zenminds.ge, in accordance with Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Zen Minds. For any privacy-related question contact zen@zenminds.ge or call +995 544 22 22 36.

2. What we collect

Contact form submissions: name, business name, phone or email, a link to your current website, preferred language, selected service and your message.
Domain checker tool: the domain names you enter are sent to the relevant registry (nic.ge, Verisign, Public Interest Registry) to be checked, and the results are kept on the server for 10 minutes. For the rate limit your IP address is kept only in hashed form, for 1 hour.
Direct communication: whatever you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — only with your consent (see §6). Without consent, analytics never loads.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry and provide services (consent / pre-contract steps);
To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest);
To improve the site through aggregated statistics on visits and enquiries (Google Analytics 4) — only with consent.

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

4. Who it may be shared with

Our hosting provider — for technical operation of the site and email;
Google (Google Analytics 4) — only if you consented to analytics;
Domain registries — only the domain names you enter in the domain checker tool;
Public authorities — only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and possible cooperation — no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless the law requires otherwise. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and enquiries — for example, how many forms were sent or how often the phone, WhatsApp or email links were clicked — but only with your consent. On your first visit we ask with clear "Accept" / "Decline" buttons; until you click Accept, Google Analytics does not load and no data is sent. Declining limits nothing. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We never send names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text to analytics.

7. Your rights

Under Georgian law you have the right to:

Ask whether and which of your data we process;
Request correction, updating or deletion of your data;
Request restriction or termination of processing;
Withdraw consent at any time;
Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge).

To exercise these rights write to zen@zenminds.ge. We reply within the statutory deadline.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS; access to form submissions is restricted. No absolute security guarantee exists on the internet, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures.

9. Changes

When this policy is updated, the text and the "last updated" date change on this page. Significant changes will be flagged visibly.
